Kyle grew up in upstate NY and moved to South Florida to be an ocean lifeguard after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Stony Brook University. He later returned to school as a pre-med student at Florida Atlantic University and went on to attend Medical School at St. George’s University. After deciding medicine wasn’t for him he came back to West Palm Beach and fell in to property and estate management.
Kyle started managing luxury estates with a family friend for a high profile client who owned multiple units in South Florida. Kyle worked on a large estate on Blossom Way in Palm beach and as well managed several luxury penthouse units in Miami in buildings such as The Setai, Faena House, The Conitnuum, and Marina Palms.
Utilizing his business and entrepreneurial background, Kyle founded Keeper Estate Management, LLC. He has recently completed the Community Association Management (CAM) licensing course through Gold Coast Schooling. He is also working alongside top real estate agents in the area such as The Fite Group and the best local vendors to provide top quality service to his clientele. Kyle also understands the importance of technology in the modern age and has worked with a task management software to provide his clients with real time updates to their properties always keeping them “in the know.”
Kyle aims to develop long lasting relationships with his property owners and realizes the importance of always being there for them to protect their home.
Kyle has an undying love for the ocean and continues to work for Palm Beach Ocean Rescue every Saturday and is also a part of the lifeguard regional competition team that finished 2nd in the region for the 2016 season.
